The Salt City Brew Club (SCBC) is an organization of home brewers and lovers of beer, cider, and mead in the greater Syracuse, NY area.

The purpose of the club is to share ideas, recipes, techniques, and homebrewed beverages all in the effort of helping each member brew his or her own best beer, cider, and mead.

The club meets the second Tuesday of the month at 7:00 pm at McGraw Box Tap Room in the former IBU Brewing space, located on Route 11 (3703 Brewerton Road) in North Syracuse. Please see our Facebook page for more details or reach out to one of our officers.

During our meetings, anyone who has an interest in homebrewing or drinking good beer, cider, and mead is welcome.

The cost for guests is $5, or if you’d like to join, the cost is $45 per year for individual and $75 for two household members (spouse, significant other, partner, child 21+, etc). All memberships includes tastings.
At this time, we are able to accept cash or checks at the meeting. You also have the ability to pay with PayPal. See our Membership page for details.

*Due to regulations with New York State, we need to check everyone’s IDs and verify age. This will be a one time deal for members (we’ll add a stamp to your Member card) so please remember to bring a government issued photo ID and your member card. If this has been done for your already, you do not need to present ID. All guests will need to show ID*
