Recipe Specifics:
- 6.5 gallon batch OG 1.056
Ingredients:
- 10# Pale
- 1# Crystal 40
- 1# Munich
- 1# Victory
Procedure:
- Mash for 60 mins. at 152F
- Sparge for 60 min. to get 7.5 gallons wort.
- 1 hr. boil
Hop Schedule:
- 1 oz. Centennial @ 60 Min.
- 2 oz. Centennial @ 30 Min.
- 2 oz. Centennial @ 5 Min.
- 2 oz. Centennial @ Flameout
- 2 oz. Centennial Dry hop in secondary
Ferment with 1056 or 1272 American Ale Yeast
